A website that loads, and asks for the work.
Most small business sites I look at are slow, built for a desktop nobody's using, and hide the phone number three scrolls down. That's a lot of money to spend on something that loses you work.
Yours will be a handful of quick pages. One for each thing you do, and your phone number where a thumb can reach it without scrolling.
Same build as this site, in fact. Static files, no plugins to update, nothing to get hacked, opens in about a second on mobile data. There's no monthly hosting bill because there's nothing to host.

What does from £750 actually mean?
£750 covers a normal small business site: home, what you do, about, contact. If you want twenty pages or online booking it costs more, and I'll tell you the number before I start, not after.
Do I have to pay you monthly to keep it online?
No. Hosting's free on the setup I use and the domain is about a tenner a year paid direct by you. If you never speak to me again the site stays exactly where it is.
I've already got a website.
Then we might not need a new one. Plenty of sites just need the phone number moved, some real photos and a couple of pages adding. That's a foundation fix, not a rebuild, and it costs a lot less.
How long does it take?
Usually two to three weeks once I've got your photos and your prices, and you get a date before I start. The waiting is nearly always on the photos.
